Judy Videlin (Minor) Johnson

UTICA – Judy Videlin (Minor) Johnson, age 77, passed away on March 7, 2026. Born in Utica on May 7, 1948, Judy was the daughter of the late Hildreth and Juanita (Stuckman) Minor. She was a proud graduate of Utica Free Academy, Class of 1967. At one time, she was married to Larry Johnson, and from that union came the blessings of two children. Judy held a position as an Administrative Assistant with the Army Air Force Exchange for a period of 15 years. Judy was loving, kind, and selfless with a heart of gold and a constant drive to help others. As a very spiritual and religious person, she adored her God. She was a very attentive mother and grandmother, with her life revolving around her beautiful family. In her earlier years, she enjoyed traveling with her family. She was a fantastic cook, especially for her famous lasagna. Judy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tangela and David Billins. She held close to her heart the memory of her son, Reginald Johnson, who preceded her on August 26, 1992. She is additionally survived by her children’s father, Larry Johnson; grandchildren, Tanell Mathis, David Billins, Jr., Tavahya Larice Billins; Darius Johnson; and the late Nativia Johnson; and brother and sister-in-law, Norman and Aretha Stuckman. She was preceded by her beloved sister, Beatrice Stuckman Cleveland; and her brother, Alfonso Stuckman. Also left to cherish her memory is a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; aunts and uncles, Craig and Cheryl Minor, George and Debbie Minor, Jennie and Ronald Redman, William and Janine Minor, Robin Minor, and Kenyetta Minor; cousins; and many special friendships. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the entire staff of the MVHS Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for the kindness and compassion rendered to Judy during her time there. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Eannace Funeral Home, Inc., 932 South St., corner of Hammond Ave. Judy’s Home Going Service and Celebration of Life will commence at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
