Mrs. Richele Renee (Camarra) True

Mrs. Richele Renee (Camarra) True, age 46, passed away before her time on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Strong Memorial Hospital after a long battle with heart disease. Born in Utica on June 26, 1970, Richele was the daughter of the late Louis Camarra, Sr. She was also the daughter of Dietta Spaziani-Camarra, and also knew the guidance of her stepfather, Jerome Johnson. Raised and educated locally, she grew up in the Steuben Street neighborhood and was a graduate of Utica Free Academy. In 2003, Richele met William A. “Bill” True. It was an instant mutual connection and their love just “clicked”. They were a perfect match, and on her favorite holiday, Halloween, on October 31, 2008, Richele and Bill became bride and groom. Their special bond was unbreakable and focused on family. For many years, Richele was a server at Tony Sparagna’s Restaurant and also at Cavallo’s Restaurant, a job for which she was well-suited and successful. For the past year, she was happy to have worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Lawrence Marks in New Hartford. Sparkling and outgoing, Richele stood out in a crowd and lit up a room with her energy and bright smile. She was protective as a mother and went above and beyond in her daily endeavors, making every moment count. Her roles of wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend were blessings that brought out the best in her and allowed her to build beautiful bonds with her loved ones, bonds that will live on beyond their earthly bounds. Richele is survived by her loving husband, Bill; her mother and stepdad, Dietta and Jerome; her daughters, Danielle Camarra, and Brooklynne True, both of Utica; her son, Dezmond Camarra of NYC; her grandchildren, Jayla, Antonio, and Brielle; and her sister, Alicia Johnson-Harris of Utica. Always close to her heart was the memory of her brother, Louie Camarra, Jr. who passed away in 1993. She also leaves her aunts, Judy Nazarewsky and her son Brett Nazarewsky, Jennifer, Ruth, Silvia; and Denise True; her uncles, Wayne Rabideau, and Donald. She will also be missed by her extended family members residing in Florida, Maryland, Colorado, California, and Missouri; her nieces and nephews, Louissa, Adrian and his son Adrian Jr., Jada, and Ian; many cousins, in-laws, Gina True, and Michael True; many cherished friends with special mention of Jennifer Yingling/N.P. She also leaves her step-father, Marcus Greene. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Hilda Spaziani; and uncle, Paulie Spaziani; and grandfather-in-law, William A. True. The family is grateful to the staff at Strong Memorial Hospital for the guidance and comfort they provided to Richele during her stay. Visitation will be held Monday from 5:00-7:00 at the Eannace Funeral Home, Inc., 932 South St., corner of Hammond Ave. Richele’s funeral service and Celebration of Life will commence on Monday evening at 7:00 at the funeral home immediately upon conclusion of visitation offered by Rev. Paul Madej. Entombment will take place in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum at the convenience of the family.
