Bonnie L. (Theobald) Constabile

WESTMORELAND - Bonnie Lee Constabile, age 83, passed away peacefully at home on June 22, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Utica, New York, on November 9, 1942, Bonnie was the daughter of the late Sidney and Dorothy (Peters) Theobald. She was raised and educated in Whitesboro, New York, where she developed the warmth, kindness, and resilience that would define her throughout her life. On May 9, 1987, Bonnie was united in marriage to Ralph Constabile. Together they shared a loving and devoted relationship until Ralph's passing on February 20, 2003. Bonnie carried Ralph in her heart for the remainder of her life and found comfort in the belief that they would one day be reunited. Bonnie is survived by her sister, Judy Rahn of Clinton; her daughters, Wendy Fauteux of Whitesboro and Gina Olivadese and her husband Joseph Malecki of Westmoreland; five grandchildren, Amanda, Zachary, David, Scott, and Douglas (DJ); several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory. During her final years, Bonnie lived with her daughter and son-in-law in Westmoreland, where she enjoyed the warmth of a close-knit family, holiday gatherings, home-cooked meals, and the laughter of her loved ones. She especially treasured the nearly daily visits from her great-grandchildren, Parker and Colin Hollenbeck, who brought joy and energy into her days. In her final months, Bonnie was cared for with extraordinary love and devotion by her granddaughter, Amanda Hollenbeck, along with Gina and Joseph, who remained by her side, making it possible for her to spend her final days in the comfort of her home. The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc., whose guidance and support made it possible for Bonnie to remain at home. Special thanks are also extended to Irene Kurtelawcz, whose gentle presence, compassion, and natural caregiving abilities brought comfort not only to Bonnie but to her entire family. In accordance with Bonnie's wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. Her family will honor her life privately. She will be placed to rest with her loving husband.
